The Discover Student Tropical Beach Card is issued by Morgan Stanley and offers customers with an average or limited credit history a card with a cash rebate program. A Double Cashback Bonus can be earned when customers redeem rebates for gift certificates with Discover Card Partners. There is no annual limit on the amount of rebates to be earned and rebates do not expire as long as there is activity on the account in a three-year period. This card also offers platinum level benefits including auto rental insurance and travel accident insurance. There is no annual fee and a 0% introductory rate is offered on purchases for a limited time.
