Cardholders under this plan receive 5% cash back rebates on purchases they make for the first few months on the card. After this period expires a lower rate applies. When cardholders make balance transactions of at least $1,500, they are awarded in CitiDollars. Once they accumulate a certain amount of CitiDollars, cardholders receive a check that matches the fixed amount.
